WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY FOR INTERNET PURCHASES?
All items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. Returns are not permitted due to sizing issues as we offer size charts for our products.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES ONLY ALLOWED ON ITEMS THAT ARE DEFECTED.
Please email: theimmaculateph@gmail.com with pictures of the defective product so we can quickly resolve the problem.
The item(s) must be unharmed, not worn, unaltered, and free from any odors.
Item(s) must be in original packaging, with tags still attached.
If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are at the customer's expense. Refunds will be issued upon receiving returns.
Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for refunds to reflect on your account, depending upon the bank.
